Attendance Certificates: each participant will receive, upon successful completion and passing of a test, a certificate of attendance valid, according to the State-Regions Agreement of 17/04/2025, throughout the country. Certificate of attendance can be downloaded directly from the platform.
Total length of the course: 16 ore.
Overall duration refers to the audio duration of the entire course. Attendance methods and devices may, technically, increase the viewing time.
Course contents:
MODULE 1 – Legal framework
- The legislative system on worker health and safety;
- Identification and role of the employer in relation to the organisational context;
- Figures involved in the company prevention system under Legislative Decree 81/2008: duties, obligations, responsibilities and insurance protection;
- Delegation of functions: conditions and limits;
- Civil and criminal liability of the employer;
- Administrative liability pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 in the private sector:
- Prevention of workplace violence and harassment (ILO Convention C190 on the elimination of violence and harassment in the world of work)
- Inclusion of disabled workers (reference to Legislative Decree 213/2003, Article 3, paragraph 3-bis; Decree Law 76/2013, Article 9, paragraph 4-ter, converted by Law 99/2013)
- Roles of ASL, INL, VVF and INAIL;
- Supervisory bodies and inspection procedures;
MODULE 2 – Organisation and management of OSH
- Organisational and managerial protection measures required by articles 15 and 30 of Legislative Decree No. 81/2008 (Compliance with the technical and structural legal standards relating to equipment, systems, workplaces, and chemical, physical and biological agents, including acquisition of the related documentation and mandatory certifications)
- Risk assessment and preparation of the resulting prevention and protection measures, giving priority to collective protection over individual protection.
- Management of interference risks and the DUVRI;
- Organisation and management of emergencies, first aid, contracts and periodic safety meetings;
- Health surveillance;
- Information, training, participation and consultation of all figures under Legislative Decree 81/2008;
- Supervision of compliance with safety procedures and instructions, and periodic checks on the implementation and effectiveness of the adopted procedures.
- Costs of lack of safety and benefits of safety;
- Communication and information techniques and tools.
